Terms of Use
Last Updated: December 2025
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Ankora ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 need parental consent and supervision.
End User License Agreement (EULA): Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA takes precedence for matters relating to the App Store.
2. What Ankora Does
Ankora is an iOS health tracking app that integrates with Apple HealthKit to display your health data and provide LLM-powered insights. Features include:
- Health metrics visualization from Apple HealthKit
- LLM-powered journals and health insights
- Activity suggestions based on your data and weather
- Journal storage via iCloud
Requirements: iOS 26.0 or later. Some features require Apple Watch or specific device capabilities.
3. Your Account
The App uses Apple and Google for authentication. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and all activity under your account. The app also allows you to use it anonymously.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
4. Health Data & Privacy
Your health data is processed with full anonymization. When using LLM-powered features, only anonymized summaries are sent to our providers - never identifiable data.
- Health data stays in Apple HealthKit on your device
- You control which data categories we can access via iOS Settings
See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Ankora offers a premium subscription through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription Plans
- Monthly: Billed every month from the date of purchase
- Three Months: Billed every three months from the date of purchase
Current pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. The renewal charge will be made to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price you originally paid (unless pricing has changed and you were notified in advance).
Free Trial
When a free trial is available, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends.
How to cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
- Select Ankora and tap Cancel Subscription
After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, you must contact Apple Support directly through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase prices, you will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before the new price takes effect. Price changes will apply at your next renewal period after the change.
